Lou Admur is one of the most beloved and celebrated figures on the Los Angeles wine scene today. He literally changed the way Angelenos understood wine when he opened the city’s first and only Natural wine bar six years ago. After closing the doors of his restaurant earlier this year, he has devoted his time to research and travel and has recently returned from Sicily where he plans to visit Vittoria and Etna.
