Enzo Coccia Pizza Dinner
Sotto is proud to partner with the Italy America Chamber of Commerce West to host Enzo Coccia, esteemed pizzaiolo from Notizia Pizzeria in Naples.
We will be working with him to curate a multi-course dinner that highlights Enzo's masterful pizzas, made by Enzo himself.

Monday, May 14th
4-course menu by Chef de Cuisine Craig Towe and Italian Pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia
$55 prix fixe menu, plus tax and service charge
$25 optional wine pairing

-Grilled asparagus: walnut, capers, garlic, lemon, oregano, Parmigiano Reggiano

-Pizza marinara: old-world Naples tomatoes
-Pizza margherita
-Pizza with: zucchini flowers, buffalo provola cheese, Cetara anchovies
-Pizza with: ricotta chunks, buffalo provola cheese, cherry tomatoes, arugula

-One scoop gelato / sorbetto: choice of seasonal selection
-Cannolo Siciliano: ricotta, orange marmalade, pistachios, chocolate
